Embody Your Natural State of Being
SSSHHhhh… Listen. Can you hear?

Come to your stillness with a relaxed, deep breath with the Sounds Of Womb Sleep CD

A disturbed breath leads to a disturbed mind. A Steady breath leads to a steady mind. The two go together. Hence cultivate a steady and quiet breath, thereby the mind is controlled. – The Hatha Yoga Pradipika

When we become steady, the natural state of being arises living life with success and solutions every step of the way.

There is a belief that many people are taught: we must search to find the answer or find out who we are. It is as though we are a mystery to ourselves. Most people experience this reality, doing what they do day in day out, knowing there is more or something else undiscovered.

We are often told that all is within, but how many of us actually stop and ask ourselves the same question we expect others to answer for us. When we stop and listen we are open and may actually hear the answers from within.
Maybe we do stop and ask, but do we take the time to listen and hear, then act on that information?

Sometimes the key is so simple that we miss it and forget how easy it can be. The solution is often right there in front of us yet tension or frustration mask it. The simplicity is often denied or rejected as the mind struggles with holding onto a false or old idea of the way it should be.

We are taught to search far and wide. Imagine if we could just let ourselves know; stopped hiding and putting obstacles in our way. The obstacles serve a purpose in keeping us distracted from actually achieving the result we want. Obstacles keep us busy and begin to feel like a back and forth game. Every step we actually take can be an achievement when in an open space of receptivity to love, joy, peace and health. We can trust that each step forward is in line with a source of energy inside each of us that desires to live and feel fulfilled.

Ironically it is the moment we stop searching that the answer falls in our lap. This happens when we stop trying and start relaxing.
Searching has intent and it is the moment of no intent that we are actually completely open to receiving a solution beyond the workings of the mind. Sometimes we refer to these moments as magical or coincidental or scratch our heads and think “isn’t that funny, I could not have planned it better myself”. Can we accept that miracles are based in natural laws of nature and that so much happens when we relax, allow and just let life happen.

Intent is usually there to serve us to reach a particular achievement. There is purpose behind our actions. When we let go of the need to have purpose perhaps we can just let ourselves be the joy, passion and life we are and were at birth.
Our natural state of being is just that… Being.  There is a distorted perception in society about having to have purpose and having to be something or someone. This fuels the search discussed above. By searching we put more energy and validation into an unconscious belief that we are not yet someone or something.

We are taught that if we do the right steps, right behaviours according to someone else’s beliefs, rules or judgements (either another persons or cultural), then we will find truth. But whose standards are we trusting and why?

Ultimately there comes a time when the answers or solutions from the outside just aren’t enough. When we have tried everything and exhausted most options, we are left with blankness, emptiness and an unknown.
We can avoid these feelings by creating more to do and keeping busy, yet eventually these suppressed feelings interrupt our sleep, dreams, relationships, work or health - until we stop, listen and actually hear what mysteries have been hiding and what gifts may await our reception.
Surrendering or letting go to the point of allowing a process beyond control takes you somewhere unknown. This is profitable. There is always a surprise.

Paradoxically it is this space that is the fulcrum.
Most people continue to try and look the other way while others take courage and let it happen. This is the path of least resistance.
No matter how acute or chronic the situation, this unknown is an opportunity to listen; listen perhaps for the first time, to a voice within, an authentic truth, a unique wisdom and solution. It’s an opening where we can choose which way we want to go. Do we go with the fear, contract into this emptiness and feed isolation or expand into love?  The reality is that both may involve pain. I have noticed these beliefs and patterns  in my own life and in the clients I have seen over the last 10 years in my kinesiology and breath work practise. Some clients continue to play a game of going back and forth while others gradually and consistently work through their issues with the work we do on a foundation of calm breathing.

Many people dream of having a blissful life and are very happy to keep the dream where it is. It is like a carrot dangling in front of the horse’s nose, never quite tasting its sweetness but always projecting and knowing it is there because you can see it. Can you feel it? To dream is a choice but now is a time where you can step into your dream and feel the exhilaration, passion and grounded joy of its physical reality.

It doesn’t have to be hard. It can actually be easy; so many things in life work with ease. The best things often do. The fact is no one else is here to experience being in your body. No other being is here to experience you in your skin so it is up to you to enjoy the experience. Experience it the way you want…. Gently, deeply, lovingly and joyfully. Why not? You may as well fill up the shopping trolley before you go to the checkout.

Let us stop the search and take stock of where we stand, feel it, breathe it in, open up. Stop talking and actually listen. A moment at a time, a breath at a time, and perhaps see what lies beneath the layers most of us hide under.

It is my firm belief that in any given situation there is a solution right in front of us that we cannot yet see or perceive. Often when we relax, stop and allow ourselves to get clarity, it usually surfaces.

Sound for Biological Rejuvenation

Medical studies show that specific music and sounds can affect every cell and organ in the human body.

Music and sound have an intangible quality and though we may study and research the beneficial effects, most people can relate to a sound or piece of music that makes them feel calm, or creates an emotion that goes beyond words. Sound truly creates “feelings” and we can use sound to create a feeling of peace, security and safety. This is especially powerful when managing depression, anxiety and sleep apnea, or when assisting children or babies to sleep.

Before we learned how to speak and use language to communicate and express, we percieved and responded to vibrations, energy and sound.

We have a very ancient saying,
“The more God, the more Devil.
The more Flesh the more Worms.
The more property, the more anxiety.
The more control of negative energies, the more negative energies that need control.”
The Abbods of Amel

Meditation Energy Enhancement Apprentice Level 1. Initiation 3. The Grounding of Negative Energies.

The Fulcrum point, the evolutionary Initiation we are learning about here is the Earth Connection using the guided meditation, the first formula of Alchemy of Hermes Trismegistus, V.I.T.R.I.O.L.

That of when the child was in the Womb up till the age of Four Months at this time the baby is learning to integrate the interior and exterior of its body. Sometimes this integration is faulty due to a painful abusive shock to the psyche.

Yoga, dance, massage and other Pre - Energy Enhancement Techniques can help with this Initiation. Even fairly well integrated, everyone needs to improve this Earth connection.

“As within” said Hermes Trismegistus “So Without”. The baby, so used to the soul connection and not understanding its new role of learning how to raise the Energy Vibration of the Earth, needs to learn to integrate the Earth connection.

If there is a problem with this Initiation of earth integration in the Base Chakra then it is indicated that from an early age the child and then the adult will feel fear, have problems with its food, money and with its security and with just not wanting to be here, sometimes even hiding from reality.

Even with no major evolutionary “Fulcrum Point” problems, every student needs to strengthen this earth connection through these grounding techniques because it is your base and foundation upon which can be built the Temple of Solomon.

Symbolising Evolutionary Integration. Symbolising all your levels of the Auric Body which need to be fed and created, so that we can function at our full capacity.

“That’s why you are suffering. That’s why you are poor — because you have forgotten how to live on this earth! Nobody has taught you how to live on this earth, how to love this earth. They have all taught you that this earth is ugly, that it is a punishment that you have been sent here, that you are not supposed to enjoy. If you enjoy, you will be sent again. You are supposed to be very sad, detached. You have to renounce all the joys of the earth so next time you don’t have to be born, and then you will enjoy heavenly pleasures.

Because these people have been talking too much about the “other world”, they have destroyed this world. I teach you this earth.”

This very earth, the paradise. This very body the Buddha - OSHO

After learning about The Grounding Of Negative Energies, amongst the many Energy Enhancement techniques, one of our students, Jean, a nuclear engineer, said, “I have been working for over 12 years with many well known techniques including Transcendental meditation and Kriya Yoga, Subud, A Course in Miracles and the Sedona Method.

Although I have made good progress with these techniques I now consider these to have been preliminary techniques to prepare me for Energy Enhancement.

These methods that I have tried before simply don’t provide for the systematic identification of energy blockages or contain the Advanced Techniques for the removal of the energy blockages to enlightenment that Energy Enhancement does.

If you are serious about self-improvement, growth, change, enlightenment! Then the Energy Enhancement course is for you.

If you are tired of all the many systems of meditation which leave questions unanswered and where the path to enlightenment is ill defined and uncertain then don’t delay end the suffering as soon as possible.”

Grounding is one of 28 ancient and effective Energy Enhancement meditation techniques to enable control of your mind, an enhanced IQ, control over all your negative emotions, anger, fear, depression on the path of the ultimate Samadhi and enlightenment itself. The Grounding Of Negative Energies has catapulted people years in their meditational experience in weeks. Some 5 years, some jump 10 times further! It helps people worldwide reach further than they ever thought possible, faster.

Hatha Yoga is good but Pranayama is 10 times faster at releasing Energy Blockages which stop the Enlightenment process.

Pranayama, or advanced breathing techniques, is good but Meditation is 10 times faster than even that at releasing Energy Blockages which stop the Enlightenment process.

Meditation is good but Samadhi Samyama is 10 times faster than even that at releasing Energy Blockages which stop the Enlightenment process.

Samadhi is good but Samyama is 10 times faster than even that at releasing Energy Blockages which stop the Enlightenment process.

Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Samadhi and Samyama are part of the Eight Limbs of Yoga in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and Samyama is talked about from over 5000 years ago in the Third And Fourth Chapter of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

And Samyama IS Energy Enhancement, 1000 times faster on the Path of Enlightenment.

Samyama, a giant step forward from Meditation or Samadhi is what spiritual Masters use to remove the energy blockages or samskaras they absorb from others and in order to help their students.

Although many meditational Masters will teach you with A Synthesis of Ancient and Effective Meditation techniques to remove your own blockages, if the blockage is too tough and too deep for you, the Buddhafield surrounding the Masters of Meditation, can help you.

Advanced and Effective Meditation Techniques are Syntheses of Ancient and successful techniques some over 5000 years old The roots come from many ancient disciplines, and include -

• Alchemical V.I.T.R.I.O.L, the first Formula of Alchemy, in reality a guided meditation to align you with the path of your soul!!
• Yoga
• Meditation
• Kundalini Kriyas
• Taoist Meditation Techniques
• Kundalini Tantra
• Energy Circulation
• Creating the Antahkarana

Meditation is one of the best, and quite natural, ways to relieve stress. If you like, you can accompany this with breathing techniques as well. This will help you to achieve a sense of serenity but it can take quite a lot of time before you are able to zone out easily.

1. Meditation

When meditating, it is generally best to find a nice quiet, comfortable space to meditate. Buddhists use meditation to reach a state of enlightenment and many Jewish prayers are meditative in nature. Even many Christian religions utilize forms of meditation, such as the use of rosary beads n Catholicism. Meditation does not, Of course, have to be about a spiritual or religious journey. Meditation is even used in professional medical communities.

2. Natural Stress Relief

Meditation is natural stress relief at its best. There are no strict rules regarding body positioning when meditating, but most people who use meditation as a form of natural stress relief prefer to do so in the lotus position. The lotus position involves sitting with the legs crossed while keeping the back straight and the shoulders level. Yet other practitioners prefer to sit comfortably, but with the legs uncrossed. No matter the general position chosen when using meditation for natural stress relief, it is best to keep the spine straight throughout the meditation process. This position encourages circulation and makes it easier to breathe in the deep, slow fashion that is often necessary for meditation.

3. Block Out Negative Thoughts

After finding a quiet place to perform meditation, and after assuming a position that is comfortable, it is time to begin this process of natural stress relief. Some people prefer to remain quiet while meditating. Still others close their eyes and hum or make other repetitive noises to help clear their minds and to block out thoughts and outside noises.

4. Imaging Techniques

In fact, meditation is used often in hospitals with patients suffering from chronic or terminal illness to reduce stress. This is especially important because stress has been shown to contribute to poor health. A 1999 report by neurophysiologist Dr. James Austin from the University of Colorado stated that meditation actually reprograms brain circuitry. His findings were later confirmed using imaging techniques that view electrical activity in the brain.

5. Breathing Techniques

If you plan on breathing easier, you will want to organize your thoughts before you begin. One popular method is to focus on each individual part of the body. Give your self permission to relax until your entire body is relaxed. At the same time, this method calls for taking a few deep breaths. These are called cleansing breaths because they help clear the mind and bring a little extra oxygen into the blood. The best masters of meditation are able to hold their breath for several minutes from strength of will alone.

Benzodiazepines (ie Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Valium): These are usually the most immediately powerful of all of the coping techniques. It usually takes about 20 minutes for benzodiazepines to kick in, and they strong enough to stop and even full blown panic attack. The main drawbacks of these medications are that if you take too much, they can make you tired, and if you take them everyday, you might get used to them after 1-3 months (i.e. they might stop working). In addition, people with a history of addiction problems can get addicted to these medications (although in general, they produce a pretty weak high, so it’s exceedingly rare for a non-addict to become addicted to these drugs). I prescribe benzodiazepines to my patients while they are learning the other coping techniques and starting the exposures. I typically recommend using benzodiazepines on an emergency basis to stop panic attacks, and occasionally I even recommend using benzodiazepines on a regular daily basis for people who are in a chronic state of panic / high anxiety. Although benzodiazepines will not cure panic disorder, they can provide relief while you are engaged in a more definitive treatment (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help you gain complete mastery over panic.

Leaving the Situation: This is one of the strongest coping techniques, but also can eventually lead to problems. Leaving a crowd, pulling over on the side of the road while driving, or avoiding vigorous exercise are examples of leaving the situation. These are effective coping techniques because they can frequently avert a panic attack. However, these techniques have the obvious drawback of encouraging agoraphobia (i.e. the avoidance of activities because of a fear of panic). I would say that leaving a situation is useful, but only if you are also engaging in a definitive treatment to help get control over panic disorder.

Relaxation Techniques: It’s hard to stop thinking about something “cold turkey.” It’s easier to stop thinking about something if you replace your thoughts with something else. Relaxation and meditation techniques aim at getting you to stop thinking by giving you an effective distraction to replace your thoughts with. For example, many Buddhist forms of meditation replace your thoughts with a focus on repeated sounds and/or breathing. In addition, various visualization exercises replace your thoughts with vivid imagery. The relaxation techniques I have found to be most effective for panic attacks are 11-muscle relaxation with Abdominal Breathing, Sensation Focusing, and Permission Breath Counting, which are all cognitive-behavioral techniques. I never teach patients just one coping technique because different techniques seem to work for different people. Relaxation techniques initially may not be strong enough to stop a panic attack, but they become much more effective once you have started doing exposures.

Thought Restructuring: This coping technique teaches you ways to stop your anxiety by talking back to it. Thought restructuring is a type of journaling done on paper for 10 minutes a day for 1-2 weeks. After 1-2 weeks, I usually encourage my patients to stop talking back to their thoughts on paper and start doing it in their heads. Much like relaxation techniques, this is a cognitive behavioral therapy technique, it gets better with practice, and it becomes much more effective once you have started exposures.

Thoughts restructuring along with Relaxation Techniques eventually form the two most healthy and permanent parts of your “shield” because they can be used extensively without having the drawbacks of avoiding situations or relying on medications. However, these “shield” techniques are usually not strong enough alone to gain complete mastery over panic disorder, most patient need to do exposures.

The character “Gollum” from the Lord of the Rings is one of those split personalities whose distinctive personalities described as “Slinker” and “Stinker” entertained us so much in the Books and in the Movies.

Yet Psychologists today are reporting “Split Personalities” where one human being can contain several personalities who have no knowledge of each other.

The angry alcoholic who beats up his wife is a different personality from the one who swears never to do it again.

These advanced splitnesses mirror the mild and not so mild splits which every human being contains.

Gurdjieff said that the personality which swore to meditate early in the morning every day was not the same personality as the one who threw the alarm clock out of the window!!!

They say “I have changed my mind” and as Monty Python accurately joked, “I will get a new one from Woolworths Store tomorrow!”

Gurdjieff said, “If you are not one, if you have within more than one mind, how can you promise anything? YOU CAN NOT MAKE A PROMISE IF YOU ARE SPLIT!!”

Gurdjieff said that every human being did not contain a soul.

At the most they contained the possibility of a Soul, which could be attained by Meditation.

He said that most people were split and as the integration of a Human Being proceeded, as the sub personalities were healed and integrated back into the Soul Stem, then the Soul Personality become more and more prominent.

“There can only be one!”

And the end of the integrative process of Advanced Techniques of Meditation is Soul Fusion or simple Enlightenment.

Think about it.

The world memory champion can memorize 170 names and faces in 15 minutes. Yet many people cannot recall a single name thirty seconds after hearing it. If we stay conservative for a moment and assume that remembering 170 names is the best people will ever be able to do, it should still be a piece of cake to remember one name of a person who just introduced herself to you three minutes ago. Right?

Wrong. All too often the name slips out of the mind, even after you ask for it the second time around. Then a week later you see her walking down the street and you want to call out and say hi. Except there is no name in your mind. I used to devise clever strategies for finding out the name second and third time around without asking for it directly:
- “Let me see the photo on your driver’s license.”
- “So, how do your close friends call you?”
- “You have an unusual name, how do you pronounce it?” (and hope she doesn’t say “Kate”)
- “What do they call you in this country?” (works well with foreigners)
- Hang around and wait until someone else pronounces her name. This strategy fails if the name is foreign and complicated - you hear it but cannot repeat it.

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could easily and effortlessly memorize anyone’s name in just a few seconds? Better yet capture the names of a whole group of people as you are introduced to them and remember them once and for all. If the world champion can do it with 170 names, you can certainly do it with five or ten or even twenty.

Let us first examine what is involved in storing and recalling information in your mind, and then I will come back to the specific name remembering strategy. There are three phases to storing information:
-Attention. You have got to pay attention to the information by listening, watching, sensing. Have you ever had an experience of reading a book while preoccupied with other thoughts, like the parking ticket you got in the morning? How much of what you have read did you remember afterwards? Rampant self talk is the biggest obstacle to having a great memory. You need anywhere from 3 to 15 seconds of active (!) attention to form a strong memory in your mind. (If you have an outstanding power of concentration, you only need 2 seconds or 1 second or even less. Monks practicing a certain kind of meditation can do that or people in altered states of consciousness, e.g. in trance (like our world memory champion). The formula is memory_strength = intensity_of_concentration x attention_time.)
-Strategy. Use an effective memory strategy. There are many great ones that work really well, yet most people keep using truly awful strategies they picked up accidentally along the way when growing up. For example, if you want to remember a telephone number, mental tape loops when you keep saying the number to yourself over and over again are a particularly poor memory strategy. (Especially so if you remembered the number in one language, and someone
asks for it in another!) There is not a single memory strategy appropriate for everything. You need to learn a few to handle all sorts of situations. Some of them have been invented many millennia ago. For example, a very effective memory strategy for giving long speeches without the help of written notes was created by Greek orators. I will describe a great name remembering strategy in a second.
-Neurology. Neurologically record the memory in your brain. Occasionally, these neurological processes can be affected by certain physiological conditions (powerful drugs, physical brain damage, or some rare disorders), but this is usually the rarest cause when people complain of poor memory.

Recalling information has one phase:
- See, hear or sense the trigger and recall the information. It does you no good to remember just the names - you have a name, but no face. You must associate the two together, so that the face triggers the recall of the name. We automatically take care of this in the name remembering strategy below. But for other times, make sure you create a recall trigger that naturally occurs in your environment or that you have easy access to (e.g. do not connect all of your math learnings to the textbook or your notes - you will not have access to them during the test).

BULLETPROOF NAME REMEMBERING STRATEGY

I used to think that remembering names was hard. My strategy was to listen to the name and … that’s it. Not much of a strategy, but I did have a handful of how-to-get-the-name-a-second-time-around strategies. Then I learned how to do it properly and easily.

First, pay attention to the person saying their name. Do not look around, do not think about your dinner plans. Do look at them directly for at least 3 seconds. I typically handshake for 3 seconds while making eye contact. Listen to the name and imagine it written in large bright letters around their head. Keep this image in your mind for 3 to 15 seconds, depending on your power of concentration. While seeing the image, say the name to yourself in their voice three times. With your free hand write the name on your hip or in the air (keep your hand movements small and unobservable). That’s it.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Notice that the bulletproof name remembering strategy uses all three of your sensory channels - visual, auditory and kinesthetic. The result is a synergy. If you were to use only one of the three channels, visual is by far the most important one for most people. Here is a tip - when I learned this strategy, initially it did not work for me. I was told to write the names on the forehead. I did and I did not remember them. Then I discovered through experimentation that my letters were too small, I could not make them out afterwards. The key is to make the imaginary writing big and bright.

REMEMBERING MANY NAMES AT A TIME

We will use the chunk & review method. Have you heard of psychologist George A. Miller’s 7+-2 memory chunks? He discovered in 1956 that people on average can keep in their short-term memory seven plus or minus two chunks of information. If more information is given to them, something else must be forgotten before the new information is recorded. So if you want to remember more then 7+-2 names, you need to transfer the first set from the short-term to the long-term memory.

Suppose you are being introduced to a group of twenty people. We are going to memorize their names in chunks of five. Start by memorizing the first five names using the bulletproof name remembering strategy. Then pause and chunk this information by reviewing all five names in quick succession (look at each one of the first five people and mentally say their name). Then continue by memorizing the next five names, pause, chunk & review. Simple.

Today world humanity faces many problems both individually and universally. Hence there is worry, fear, stress and tension in everyone’s mind since they are not sure how and when these problems are going to be solved. No doubt small scale solutions are being made use of but because their effect is only temporary the overall picture remains grim and dicey.

We must all understand that the root cause of all these hardships and strife is singular in nature and hence their solution too is one. If a thorn pierces our skin and causes pain then the solution for overcoming this pain is removal of the thorn. And how does one remove this thorn? The answer is simply by using another thorn! Similarly the root cause of man’s misery is his tainted, selfish and egoistic mind. World peace and prosperity can never set in on an eternal basis unless and until each individual psyche of world humanity without exception undergoes a positive transformation. This would involve giving up of lowly and selfish thinking and replacing them totally with purity of heart, integrity, sense of service to world beings and imbibing spiritual values.

Gayatri is a symbol of sheer purity (Satvika). If you are a true Gayatri devotee your goal will be to imbibe purity of mind and righteousness in your daily living. Gayatri devotion means adhering to those spiritual practices that not only sow the seeds of pure thinking but also weeds out unwholesome qualities so that desirable ones like integrity, human/spiritual values, humility etc bloom forth on an eternal footing. The meaning of surrendering to Gayatri is to rest ones intellect in the lap of divine purity. Thus man’s thinking, mental qualities, character and activity will become sacred and divine. When man imbibes divinity deep down in the cave of his soul he enters a state wherein either problems/hardships get solved or that they remain externally but can never affect the fount of divine bliss he now enjoys on an eternal basis. Now let us join hands and analyze the main problems faced by world humanity and understand deeply how Gayatri represented by a taintless, divine intellect helps overcome them from their very roots.

1)The possibility of a world war is looming large. One cannot say when it may commence with a bang and that an atom bomb shatters our planet to ash. These wars are based on greed for enlarging ones empire. If only each nation of the world gives up its unwholesome desire of bossing over other nations, give up the attitude of oppressing others for their selfish gains and instead remain steadfast on the path of justice for all there would be no room for any war to manifest.

If only in today’s International Politics ‘justice’ as depicted in Gayatri literature is imbibed fully all time, energy and finances used for war preparations can be diverted for constructive and creative purposes in all corners of the world. Thus basic requirements can be given to all strata of society including those languishing in dire poverty in every nook and corner of the world. Further no war means a great possibility of strengthening of ties between every country which will lead to cooperation for both material and spiritual advancement of world beings. But because the world is apprehensive of a world war setting in people are living in terror and fright. Thus it is clear that this terror can never be overcome merely via diplomacy and other political solutions. These will have to take recourse to spiritual values as their basis found in Gayatri meditation and devotion.

2)Apart from the fear of a possible world war the next major problem is that of insufficient food grains available in the world. Barring a few exceptions almost all other nations face paucity of food grains. Irrigation, chemical fertilizers, scientific agro technology etc have been made more advanced to increase food grain production. Maybe some temporary solutions have been found and yet the need of the hour is a long term and permanent solution. This is because the world’s population is increasing alarmingly and we do not have enough means to balance it optimally. Specialists of this field opine that even if all the land available in the world is used for scientific agriculture yet food grains produced as a result can last only for the next 40 years. Hence after this the problem of hunger would come back to square one all over the world.

The problem of hunger can be solved only in one way and that is population control. All great intellectuals of the world agree that birth rates need to be controlled drastically. Hence techniques like abortions, male/female sterilization, birth control pills etc are being made use of and yet know for sure that in the long run this will give dire results. Lack of ethical thinking and undesirable sexual behavior will destroy whatever little good health is seen today. The best way to control child birth rate is Brahmacharya or sexual continence that has a spiritual basis. This is where Gayatri principles come handy. They say that a man should renounce a lewd and lustful attitude towards women and instead respect them as manifestations of divinity. Thus population can be controlled optimally, food problems will be solved satisfactorily and the bodily and mental health of world humanity will wax like the full moon. If mature and high stature individuals imbibe Gayatri’s weekly fast know for sure that the food paucity problem will disappear in a jiffy and that no country will have to import food grains anymore.

3)The third major widespread problem is that of corruption and lack of ethics. Crime, looting, distrust, selfishness, arrogance, sadism, irresponsibility etc are on the rise alarmingly. It is found in all strata of society like government workers, businessmen, so called religious leaders, laborers, bosses etc. Their minds are so tainted that the layman lives in total distrust, discontent and apprehension.

The above undesirable state of society cannot be fully overcome merely by the judiciary system, police department, army, government etc. Meaning externally the situation can be controlled but if the psyche of world humanity is not purified and made focused the desired transformation of the world from its very foundation cannot be achieved. Thus if only our mind and intellect is made sacred will our sense of integrity, inner voice of God, sense of service to the world, cosmic love, selflessness etc awaken which in turn will inspire us all to walk on the path of ethics, human values etc in our professional, social etc lives. It is only then that these times of turmoil and strife perceived in all corners of the globe shall be destroyed from their very roots. This transformation can be attained via the scientific spiritual ideology of Gayatri if imbibed truly and deeply by one and all.

Today all world denizens experience sorrow in one form or another simply because their psyche insists on foolishly encouraging sinning, untoward behavior, vile activities and a tainted intellect. But if the roots of sins are cut asunder ethical behavior will get a great fillip and thus agony due to bodily diseases, natural calamities etc will be rooted out hook line and sinker. The seeds of chaos, strife and turbulence sprout only in an atmosphere of selfishness and narrow thinking. Thus if selfishness is replaced with a sense of cosmic oneness with the world (as per spiritual tenets) love for the world will ooze in the psyche of world beings and thus there would be no room for turbulence, stress and tension that prevails today the world over.

4)A tainted or lowly intellect is one that foolishly encourages delusion, spiritual ignorance or blindness, blind traditional beliefs, lack of farsighted thinking and selfishness. Even so called literate and wily people are ensnared by this tainted brain. With the result they are time and again subjected to tension and stress in their day to day lives. In today’s trying times remaining childless should be looked upon as a boon and yet people fail to accept it as a boon of Almighty God. People are sad that they do not have enough wealth to amass more wealth, name and fame by unethical and illegal means. They show sorrow when a kin dies in such a manner as though it is something bizarre. People call themselves ‘wise’ even if they foolishly believe that amassing wealth by means fair or foul is the be all and end all of life. Their lives center around the vain attitude of eat, drink and be merry and do not spare even a moment as to ponder over as to what is the true goal of life. So called fashion trends and foolish expenses rule the roost. Is there a world beyond this material cosmos that can give eternal and ceaseless bliss? Such questions never arise in their egoistic self centered psyches. With the result they foolishly spend this precious human life in transient pleasures, fashion, addictions (drugs, alcohol etc) and yet label themselves as ‘wise’.

When a pure and focused intellect represented by Gayatri enters a devotee’s mind/intellect the latter renounces delusion and blind beliefs. Instead this sacred psyche deeply thinks about all aspect of living (social, economical, professional etc) and thus destroys sorrow, worries and fear from their very roots. Gayatri’s sacred thinking removes all illusory notions of the mind and replaces it with straightforward behavior, tranquility, contentment and bliss on an eternal and pause less footing.

5)In all families the world over diseases and weakness wreak havoc. The root cause of this is lack of control over ones eating and resting habits. Animals and birds adhere to nature’s laws implicitly and hence on an average maintain a healthy disease free body. Man on the other hand arrogantly flouts nature’s laws and thus is prone to illnesses again and again. His body weakens considerably as a result and ultimately enters the jaws of death.

Gayatri Mantra inspires its devotees to control their food and sleeping habits and lays great stress on adhering to nature’s laws. Majority of diseases can be overcome if our life revolves around sacred thinking/activity and simplicity.

Our psyche’s health deteriorates considerably when it allows mental diseases like irritation, lethargy, carelessness, stinginess, bombastic attitude, insulting speech, worry, wrath etc to grow like unwanted weeds in our character. This inner diseased condition manifests as sorrow and agony in ones day to day life. Gayatri transforms our diseased psyche into a pure and focused one. Thus when wholesome qualities bloom forth our material and spiritual lives flourish in full strength.

6)Inner weakness is such an individual lack, that despite man wanting to act in a befitting manner, his psychic taints obstruct him forcefully from doing so. The total advancement of the human principle is dependent on those precepts which are not in our frail human hands. We have to accept that since these principles exist in the subtle body (and not gross) destiny or God based on certain special qualities have made us what we are. Gayatri based spiritual exercises enter that part of our subtle body where the key that can change our otherwise irrevocable destiny is made available for our apt use.

Gayatri devotion, meditation and worship awakens certain secret energy centers, Chakras, plexuses, subtle nerves, Naadis and glands of the human body. Thus divine powers start manifesting on their own in great measure. Precious benefits like sharpness of intellect, good bodily health, friendship with pure hearted people, professional success, wholesome fame, blissful family life, pious children, lack of foes etc manifest in ones life. The reason being, that once our soul force and will-power become strong, divine powers bloom forth in our psyche and these in turn augment our pious qualities, activities and ethical attitude. Thus all subtle obstructions are overcome that so far did not allow our material and spiritual lives to prosper.

No doubt any government in power should ensure that citizens of those countries do not lead lives of stress and hardship. And yet governments need to go beyond the external lives of people and ensure that the inner character and minds of people are made healthy and wholesome. Citizens are like statues and governments their shadow. Governments must ensure that the character of each citizen is made taintless/sacred by encouraging their psyches to imbibe integrity, humility, sense of world well being etc. In this manner problems related to the international, national, social, economical, bodily and mental fronts can be solved optimally and satisfactorily. Mere changes in ones country’s laws or voting of governments cannot transform a country and the world simply because the problem is lack of ethical and wholesome thinking which needs to be weeded out totally.

All those problems faced by mankind and have so far not been solved can be overcome from their very foundations if only man imbibes a sacred focused intellect via Gayatri spiritual practices.
